- "Application Web" : l'application en ligne facilitant le sauvetage des abeilles mellifères
- "Utilisateur" : toute personne physique ou morale qui visite ou utilise l'Application Web
- "Services" : toutes les fonctionnalités offertes via l'Application Web
- "Données personnelles" : toutes les données pouvant identifier une personne
Article 2 – Applicabilité
Ces Conditions Générales s'appliquent à toute utilisation de l'Application Web.

L'Application Web ne peut être utilisée que pour signaler et sauver des essaims d'abeilles.

Le Gestionnaire traite les données personnelles conformément au RGPD.

Le Gestionnaire s'efforce de faire fonctionner l'Application Web correctement.
Article 6 – Propriété intellectuelle
Tout le contenu est protégé par des droits de propriété intellectuelle.
Articles 7-8 – Dispositions finales
Droit belge applicable, tribunaux de Bruxelles compétents.

- "Gebruiker": iedere natuurlijke of rechtspersoon die de Webapp bezoekt
- "Diensten": alle functionaliteiten via de Webapp
- "Persoonsgegevens": alle identificerende gegevens
Artikel 2 – Toepasselijkheid
Deze voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op elk gebruik van de Webapp.

De Webapp mag alleen worden gebruikt voor het melden van bijenzwermen.

De Beheerder behoudt zich het recht voor om de Webapp of deze voorwaarden op elk moment te wijzigen. Voortgezet gebruik van de Webapp na wijzigingen impliceert aanvaarding van de gewijzigde voorwaarden.

Artikel 6 – Intellectuele eigendom

Op deze Algemene Voorwaarden is het Belgisch recht van toepassing. Geschillen worden exclusief voorgelegd aan de rechtbanken van het gerechtelijk arrondissement Brussel.
